Creative in DOOH is not only about uploading a file. Every campaign needs to know which asset fits which spec, which screens it can cover, which default will be used and which rules may activate variants.

The DSP already models that flow in an operator-friendly way: upload or link, preview, inventory-derived spec combinations, assignment by spec and missing-coverage review. This reduces launch errors, especially when the plan mixes formats, sizes and venues.

The technical vision is to separate canonical campaign state from bidder runtime. Campaigns-v3 should become the owner of assets and materialization, while the DSP preserves the control, compatibility and explanation experience for commercial users and operators.
