OOH planning depends on understanding territory. That is why the DSP uses Metrica as the source of truth for scopes, inventory, screens, POIs, H3, traffic, mobility and audience signals.
For buyers, this turns "I want to be near these points" into a stronger read: which screens exist, what context surrounds them, which audience moves through the area, what coverage exists and which data is still incomplete.
The commercial value is transparency. If a city, screen or signal is partial, blocked or inferred, the DSP should show it as such. That discipline prevents unsupported precision claims and helps defend the plan with evidence.
