I enjoy working with people, supporting their processes, and helping them find their best selves within the team. I enjoy thinking up creative solutions, building genuine connections, and creating spaces where work feels good.

Outside of work, I like to let my mind and hands wander through ceramics, embroidery, and jewelry. It's my way of balancing the analytical with the sensitive, and continuing to explore other ways of creating.
